Hello Gregg, hello all.
Just a few photos of my last build using maple and cedar.
I have changed a few things on this one.
The rounded bridge wings, bound guitar and bass headstocks, gone back to Schaller banjo heads, Schaller mini classic tuners with bushing and ebony neck reinforcement and I have even found a gig bag to fit it into.
So style and shape wise, this is where I want it to be.
Best wishes to all.
Sean.

Sean that is simply stunning - one beautiful looking beastie.  I bet it sounds as good as it looks and would love to explore such a wonderful instrument.  Its going to make someone VERY happy!

A "Woolley Look"? That is so true! Super beautiful and very classical in its most literal sense.

Another photo of that rosette, I love making these things. DSCF7486.JPG

I've had a few questions off forum about the bag.
It is a Rockbag RB20604 B Plus
It's a bag for a twin neck electric guitar.
It works for my guitar which is based on a classical guitar size, about 10 cms deep and 28 cms wide a the head stocks, so my hg is  very small compared to a Dyer or even a Sedgwick.
If you have a Terz size hg.  This would be great.
If not contact  Gregg!!
Thanks and best wishes.
Sean

Just updated this post , I made a mistake in the reference of the bag RB 20604 B plus is what I bought and is for electric twin guitars. The Rb 20604 is for electric twin neck bass guitar and must be larger.Sorry I haven't any exact sizes.

Nice work Sean! I build short scale HG's and have been looking for a functional case that doesn't cost an arm and a leg (or two). So big thanks for posting the case info. I'll have to look into them.
