Hey HG Folks!
In case you missed Gregg's announcement, sometime harp guitar builder Fred Carlson (yep, me!) has a new book coming out any moment. It's an Alphabet of woodcut art and poems depicting imaginary musical instruments (thus the title "A Luthier's Alphabet of Imaginary Musical Instruments"). Published by the Guild of American Luthiers, it's being promoted as a children's book, and would work for that, sure, but it's just plain fun for anyone. It does have a couple of imaginary harp guitar relatives in its pages (The Guy-o-lin and the Bald-Faced Lyre), as well as a lot of other ridiculous and wonderful stuff. Great for Christmas presents if you order soon. Order your copies from http://www.harpguitarmusic.com/listings/listing_book_fc.htm and you'll be supporting Gregg and all his harp guitar endeavors, the GAL and all their wonderful efforts at promoting lutherie, and yours truly. Thanks!! Fred __________________ Having an open mind doesn't necessarily mean your brain has fallen out.

Believe me, I share your frustration, Miranda.
Actually, nearly every page at Harp Guitar Music states that I sell Internationally, with a note to email for quote. And I have a whole section under the Order link for non-U.S. customers. And yes, I have a separate Paypal account to accept those International orders (once quoted) and/or take credit cards. Simply email me at email@example.com with your address and requests, and I typically respond within 24 hours (much better than many full-time web vendors, actually). __________________ Gregg Miner, editor, Harpguitars.net
