Hello my name is Miranda Lukaniuk-Lipovsek and I am a harp guitar "GREAK!"
Im from Canada but I live in Slovenia with my husband and son.
I am crazy about harp guitars and other instruments that my husband Marko makes.
We are a young couple and have been showing alot of young people this rare instrument (and other harp guitars/instruments that are a little expirimental) in our art shows, performances, television and festivals in Europe.

We are happily moving over to Toronto Canada for a little bit  and will be bringing our instruments with us. I am already setting up a few exhibitions and shows for the spring in Toronto would be great to connect with the north-american Harp guitar/traditional and expirimental instrument hub. I would love to get more young people and alternative/popular culture interested in these wonderful instruments, like we have been doing in Europe. Definately will to do some music and performance projects.

We have only met with very few contemporary harp guitar players/enthusiasts/luthiers in europe personally (Jason Carter) and hope to be in contact with some more. I think that these instruments are amazing and there is such amazing things musicians can do with them!
looking forward to meeting new harp guitar greaks (freaks/geeks)

I've no doubt you'll get some notice, Miranda.  After attending all 9 Harp Guitar Gatherings, I have yet to see anyone else able to thread their tongue through the sub-bass strings!  (though I believe John Doan tried).  And clearly "greak" needs its own Wiki entry...?

Miranda and marko!

Very fine stuff....wild and wonderful!  I love the adventuresome spirit.

And the unusual designs!

I've been working on ideas for a harp banjo for years...what fun to see your prototype!

welcome to the loony bin!

(just kidding...we're actually all VERY serious and normal here )
