Hello Gregg, hello everyone.
Just to let you all know. There is a new video on Youtube.
Jason Carter playing Gymnopedie N°1 by Erik Satie.
If someone could paste it onto this page, that would be nice.
I haven't figured that one out yet.
Best wishes to all.

Bloody cool if you ask me! I can't help but think of a thing that Ry Cooder (I think it was) said about Robert Cray: It is unfair that someone playing that good can sing too (paraphrasing). This applies to Jason Carter in equal measure. That someone playing that well (notice the grammar correction here) is such a brilliant movie maker.

Hi Thomas.
Thanks for doing the work for me...
Yes he is a very creative guy.
Check out the Bach video as well (on classical guitar).

As everyone was packing up at the Festival, Jason shared a few of these with me.  Hilarious and cool.  I think the CD will be ready soon as well. I told him I predicted that this would be his hit record (though its the videos that sell it).  Sort of like watching a Baz Luhrman version of Help.
I especially loved the cheesecake vaudeville dancers he had moving in "triplets"...

Finlandia  le retour... sorry Finlandia 2.
Sean

With that lovely Stephen Sedgwick guitar, that opened my mind, and inspired me to make my own style of classical harp guitars.

Hello Gregg, hello everyone.
Bit quiet on the forum at the moment.
So you must have guessed I'm a big fan of Jason's work...
Here is another, no harp guitar this time.
If you want to know where the drumming monkey comes from.
Listen to his audio book "Making In-Roads".
4 Hours of stories about his travels around the world, Afghanistan , North Korea, Pakistan, Uzbekistan amongst others.
