2 new members join us:  Ron Steiger, a guitar builder right up the coast from me in Ventura; and Jack Sanders, who I had recently added to the Luthiers page, and is now being quite a help in prepping for the Carlsbad exhibit.
Thanks guys!

Drag that thing over to makers, and lets chat. Looks like you've got it going pretty good, though. Welcome.

Ron,

That is absolutely beautiful!  Where did you get the plans? GAL?  I would love to get a copy of those plans if they are available.

Mike

PS: My post count is low since I am a "renewed" member...something happened to the original site and we all had to renew!

Wow - three new members: Jess Hluch (a specialty furniture maker, correct Jess?),
and two Lifetime subscribers I am honored to have join us:
Franco Ghisalberti, the Taraffo expert who put together the new double-CD (coming this spring exclusively to HGM!),
and Enrico Reguzzoni, nephew of the other Gazzo-playing virtuoso - Sergio Reguzzioni.

Things are going to be heating up in the world of Italian harp guitars...

Thank you, gentlemen!

Man, I don't know where all these new subscribers are coming from!  I know they're not all in response to my recent email.
Two new members just signed up - Mattia Bonafini from Italy and Wade Sylvester (about to build his first HG) from New Hampshire.
Thank you!

And another one is moving beyond six strings.
Ken Bonfield has joined us, inspired (as so many of us) by Mr. Bennett.  Let's wish him luck on commissioning his first HG!
Thanks and welcome!

Hey Chris,

Welcome!  I knew that as a self-described "harp guitar junkie" you couldn't stay away long.

Thank you!

A bad week for me (hernia surgery) but a good week for new members!
A Lifetime subscription from Jeff Doctorow - owner of some of the finest new and vintage harp guitars ever built (his Carlson and Pikasso on loan for our Carlsbad exhibit).
And a new member from Los Angeles, Jose Luis Garmenzzi, who owns a (now 27-string) 'Hewett Barcarolle'.
Thanks guys!

Hey Gregg... hope you heal-up really soon. Perhaps it is time to stop carrying all those instruments back and forth yourself?  Get well quickly, kind Sir.
