Thanks very much to two new Lifetime Patrons!
Lyle & Elsie Cripe (good friends who know little of music or harp guitars, but are blown away by the work I do) - and
Jeff Gale, a Larson Brothers guitar nut who has at least 5 Dyers now, including 2 of the ~ dozen known Style 8's....

New member David White from England has just joined us.  He is in the thick of his first (unsual) harp guitar build.  I've added his work-in-progress web article to the list on the Luthiers page.
Thanks and welcome David!

Frank,
You know I play everyday on a Wingert and how much pleasure I have with it. So I can imagine how much happy you are! Thank's for your article, It was fine to read it. The guitar is wonderful. I can feel so much passion in your harp guitar dream and in Kathy's work that the guitar seems to be carrying a very strong personnality, full of life, like something very strong, ready to give. A joy to look at and for sure to listen to!
Amitiés
Philippe

Thanks Philippe!  I hope you get to come see us at a Harp Guitar Gathering one of these days so you can try out the instrument yourself.  My wife Christa says that Kathy has really oudone herself with this instrument and I would agree.  As was the case with my 6-string Wingert, I had an idea in my head of how the final instrument would sound.  Kathy surpassed my expectations then and now!

Take care!

My "motivational presentation" seems to have begun working.  3 new lifetime patrons include:
Linda Schaffner (Stephen Bennett's wife)
Pete Bradshaw, from San Clemente, CA (who was the "surprise player" added to the concerts), and
Rich Mermer (now listed on the Luthiers page), who came with his first harp guitar, and snuck a "triple endorsement" photo op out of us...
Thanks all of you - we WILL reach the next century!

Welcome..........

Pete, I love your playing style! So clear and precise.

Richard, good looking ingenious guitar there. A professionally featured HG that can fit in the overhead bin.

Linda, those were the best red beans ever!
