Hello Gregg, hello everyone.

Well this was going to be a road movie about going to the European Harp Guitar Festival in Mulhouse France. Much like in guitar making, where often I let the wood take me in an unexpected direction, Jason has made a film about me, which has become something much more personal than intended. I see it as a film about the people who give me the energy to make my guitars. It’s about the relationship between makers and players of harp guitars. In the end it’s about passion and belief...

Thanks for sharing this Sean. Everyone should watch another short film from 2012 showing even more why Sean loves the instrument. Many of us can identify with his feelings about the harp guitar. It is an extra blessing to be able to play and build one or two or three...

Sean (and Michael),

Thanks for posting those videos!  Nicely made and a lovely view into a charmingly passionate luthier!

I wanted both to be longer, to show me more about Sean, more about your guitars, where you live and so on.

I'm in total agreement about small guitars...small is beautiful!  This coming from someone who's last several instruments were quite huge....I just like small better.

Wonderful!!

Fred

Hey guys! Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment on the video.
Thanks Fred for your remarks, I do find it very hard to talk about what I do and I am often full of doubts about my efforts. As I say in the video I'm isolated from the harp guitar world so harpguitars.net & the forum is really a life line that helps me and feeds me ideas, so again thanks to you all. Perhaps at the hg gathering in 2017? Would love to meet up with you all. Best wishes.Sean
